Easy! Just register for an account on www.ticket2me.net via the website or through your mobile browser or download the Ticket2Me app from Google Play or the App Store. Afterwards, just search for the event of your choice.

Yes, as long as there are still available tickets, you can purchase your tickets on the website or through the Ticket2Me App.

As the payment instructions are coming from our outsourced payment gateway, kindly wait for the payment instructions. Alternatively, if you were able to write down the reference code of your desired Over The Counter (OTC) Payment Method, you may use this when you go to the outlet top pay for your ticket.

(Note: This number is not the Order Reference Number but the OTC reference number).

If you opted for an Over-The-Counter (OTC) payment option, you will receive an e-mail with payment instructions. You have 24 hours to pay for your ticket, otherwise the order will lapse and the reserved tickets will return to the inventory.

You will find your e-ticket/s in the e-mail that you’ve assigned or in your Ticket2Me profile in the website if you used Facebook Log-In or in the mobile app after you pay for your ticket.

From ticket selection to checkout, you are given 10 minutes. For over the counter payments, your tickets are reserved for 24 hours. If not paid within the 24 hour window, the ticket order will be cancelled.

You may e-mail ask@ticket2me.net with a brief introduction of yourself and a description of the event you are organizing. You will be assigned to a business development officer who will take over from there.

How much do I have to pay to use Ticket2Me?

Ticket2Me is absolutely FREE for organizers to use. We just put a small service charge on top of the ticket price which your buyers pay for. This rate depends on whether or not you use Ticket2Me exclusively. However, the organizer may also choose to absorb all or part of the service charge.

We remit the ticket sales (net of Ticket2Me service fee) within 6 to 15 banking days from the date of your event.

We prepare a check and notify you via e-mail once available. Depending on whether you use us exclusively or not, we can either deposit the check or you can pick it up at our office.

Yes, your ticket also serves as the official receipt which is why it’s required to display the breakdown of the tax component and actual value of the ticket.

The documents we will be needing are the following: Official documents (Certificate of Registration, SEC/DTI, Proof of Venue Rental) and the signed Ticket2Me contract. We will need your logo and your poster. For your reference, the size is 1000 x 1000 pixels in JPG format.

You will be given your log-in credentials by your assigned Business Development Officer during your dashboard orientation.

You will have access to your dashboard which allows you to view the data of your events and track your ticket sales.

Once an event is created, it can no longer be deleted. However, we can hide the event from public view.

Yes, but we suggest that all information to be finalized before the event goes live. For the security of the ticket buyers, any changes made on the CUSTOMIZE tab will cause the event to automatically unpublish.

Your assigned business development officer will set up your initial ticket categories for you. However, when your event is live, you may create tickets found in the TICKETS tab. Kindly note that you will not be able to delete the tickets that you have created but you can hide it from the public’s view.

The Order tab is your pre-audience and you can track the status of these orders.

Statuses:

Transaction Initiated – Ticket buyer is at payment method page but did not choose a payment method.

Completed (Black) – Paid

Completed (Yellow) – Complimentary tickets

Awaiting Payment – Ticket buyer has chosen an OTC payment method. After 24 hours, the ticket will expire and the status will reflect as cancelled.

Cancelled – Ticket buyer did not push through with the transaction.

There is absolutely no need for additional expensive scanners. Organizers only need to download the Ticket2Me app from Google Play or the App Store and use its built-in ticket scanner feature.

The scanning function will need an internet connection or mobile data to scan tickets. However you may opt to print the attendee list or export the excel file if internet connection is unavailable. You may also manually check-in the attendee in the CHECK-IN tab under EVENT TOOLS by searching their name or reference number on the search bar above and clicking the check mark beside their name.

How will I know if the ticket was successfully scanned?

When you scan the e-ticket, the message “Attendee successfully checked in” will appear on top. You will be able to spot duplicated tickets when the message “Attendee already checked in” appears. When this happens, you can check “Check-In” on the dashboard to confirm the validity of the tickets.
